A booking is considered confirmed only when officially approved by Rotana Star through its operational channels.

By using the Platform, you agree to:

- Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
3. Booking Requests
Submitting a booking request through the Platform does not constitute a binding agreement.

- The Platform does not store full payment card details
- Payment terms may vary depending on the booking
5. External Rental Process
Final rental agreements, identity verification, document collection, and vehicle handover are handled outside the Platform through Rotana Star’s operational processes.
The Platform acts only as a digital interface for browsing and requesting services.
6. Platform Availability
We strive to keep the Platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Platform may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, images, branding, and design, is the property of Rotana Star or its licensors.

8. Prohibited Activities
